Philip has spent most of his career leading and participating in both aerodynamic and aerothermodynamic test campaigns at a variety of facilities, including the Lockheed Martin High Speed Wind Tunnel, AEDC T-9, Calspan, Boeing PSWT, MSFC's ARF and the VKF. He's also worked closely with TriModels over the last fifteen years, designing test models and support hardware.

Trajectory optimization spans the lifecycle of your vehicle, whether you are exploring the design space or creating reference trajectories for a mission planner. We can utilize our in-house trajectory code or, depending on the contract vehicle, OTIS4.

Hahn Aerosciences has an in-house 6DOF M&S framework which allows for high fidelity modelling and simulation of aerospace vehicle dynamics. The framework has been vetted against a suite of validation cases.

Philip Hahn received a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, 2012. Philip has over 20 years of experience at Blue Origin, NASA, i3 and has consulted for several new-space startups.

Krista Hahn received a BA in Mathematics and Aviation Science and a MS in Atmospheric Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, 2004. While raising their kids, she taught and tutored high school mathematics.
